"Nothings too much bother"

I have lived in Lower Heswall for some time and seen the lower village thrive and then go through tough times too. Throughout, Caroline has been there for us all with a lovely smile and a warm chat. She has been consistently helpful and has gone out of her way to assist. She has also continued to develop her stock introducing tasty new 'tempters' along with maintaining 'old favourites' .

There have been times when she has been under the weather or things haven't been going right but she always, always has a smile and time for a chat. We would be lost without her and her lovely customer service and the village would be a sadder place without that smile! Thank you Caroline for your services to your local community I know I am one of many to say how much we appre iate you!.
